TEAM NEWS
Carlisle striker Lee Miller begins a three-match ban after the club opted not to appeal against his sending off on Saturday.
United are also likely to be without Sean O'Hanlon, who has a knee injury.
Blackburn forward Ruben Rochina believes he will be sidelined for at least three months after dislocating his shoulder at Derby on Sunday.
The Spaniard could be replaced by Leon Best, who came off the bench to net a late equaliser at Pride Park.

Will he play Rhodes?? Are we that bothered about the League Cup when we should really focussing on a return to the PL.

I think people are looking in to this a little too much.
The side that was put out is no way the starting line up we would use for the league, so I think GB was getting some of the players an extra run out whilst resting some key players.
The goal this season is to get back to the golden goose, so the cups only serve as a distraction. We play enough league games in the championship without having to play extra cup games.
If/when we get back to the PL and we are back to being comfortable then the cups can be taken a little more seriously. Anyone that is really bothered about last nights result are only bothered about the ribbing they may receive at work/school.
